Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement
SignDesk is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") in addition to the terms below.
Apple grants your license to SignDesk under the Standard EULA. The Application Provider provides app-specific terms for subscriptions, privacy, disclaimers, and support. If the Standard EULA and app-specific terms conflict regarding your App Store license, the Standard EULA governs your use of the app obtained from Apple.

Summary of Apple's Standard EULA (not a substitute for the full agreement)
- Scope of license: nontransferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.
- Data: Apple or the Application Provider may collect technical data about your device and app to provide updates and support, in a form that does not personally identify you where applicable.
- Termination: your license ends if you fail to comply with the EULA terms.
- External services: third-party services accessed through the app are used at your own risk.
- No warranty: the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of liability: Licensor liability is limited as described in the Standard EULA.
- Governing law: depends on your location (e.g. EU/EEA users: laws and courts of your usual place of residence).

Agreement
By using SignDesk you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard EULA for App Store apps.
SignDesk Pro subscriptions
- SignDesk Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription through the App Store.
- Launch pricing is typically £4.99/month or £39.99/year (your local App Store price applies).
- A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers — charged when the trial converts unless cancelled.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore purchases in the app.

Your documents

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI output.
