1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NeuroSleep AI (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. NeuroSleep AI is operated as part of the FitMind product family.

2. Description of Service

NeuroSleep AI provides AI-powered sleep optimization including coaching, recovery tracking, wind-down experiences, sleep analytics, and smart alarm features. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit when authorized.

NeuroSleep AI is a wellness tool and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure sleep disorders. Consult a healthcare professional for medical sleep concerns.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share account credentials with others
• Interfere with the App's security or functionality

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, AI models, and branding in NeuroSleep AI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

NeuroSleep AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
